Erudite, comic, ironic, and profound, Zizek has traveled territory few dare to explore?and at 76, remains provocatively bold. In this special celebration, we?ll delve into his life story and journey. From his education in Yugoslavia to his role as one of the 21st century?s most renowned public intellectuals. We?ll explore his philosophical journey through Hegel and Lacan. And we?ll hear his thoughts on the state of the world, AI, chatbots, technology, climate change, and the future. Does philosophy need to reinvent itself with quantum physics? Is progress a good thing?

Accessible Seating: The Centre is fully accessible with elevators and ramps throughout allowing access to both theatres. Wheelchair seating is located on the Orchestra levels. All accessible seating is available through the Box Office at 416-366-7723 | 1-800-708-6754 | boxoffice@tolive.com. Hearing Devices: A phonic ear system (FM frequency) is available to assist the hearing impaired.

Accessible seating is configured with a 1 to 1 arrangement in the Orchestra. Companion seats are located beside the wheelchair. Additional companion seats may be purchased in sections nearby. Single wheelchair seating with no companion is also available in the Orchestra. The Orchestra level area is completely accessible with entry from the main entrance doors. Elevator access is available from the main lobby to the Elgin Lounge wheelchair accessible washrooms. Depending on show configuration and stage set up, some sections may not be open for all events.
