During non-show weeks, the box office is typically open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During the summer months (June through August), the box office will be open Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. When there is a show the Box Office opens 2 hours prior to showtime.
All tickets purchased are non-refundable. Bag Policy: Bags / Purses are allowed but subject to search. Tickets can be purchased online or in person only, we do not take orders over the phone. There is an 8 ticket limit. NO RE-ENTRY. ? Parking Advisory Please be advised that there is a Detroit Lions home game scheduled on the same day as this event, and parking in the downtown area will be extremely limited. The Detroit Opera House Parking Center is located at 1426 Broadway, Detroit, MI 48226. Please note: cash is not accepted at this structure.
