Spiritually, the full moon is a period of heightened energy and is seen as a period for reflection, release, and manifestation. In this new year, celebrate and offer yourself (and/or a loved one) a Healing Vibrational Sound Bath experience on the following days from 7:15 to 8:30 pm: Oct 9, Nov 6, Dec 4. Doors open at 7 pm.
This experience is also now available to those preferring to attend remotely and signing up at least 48 hours in advance. A Zoom link will be forwarded the day before to the email address you provide.
Achieve inner peace through the healing vibrations of instruments like crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes.
Lynda Strong, owner of Imperial Serenity and Wellness, will guide each group through a brief exploration of chakras and then a longer sound bath experience.
Cost: $20 per session.

Lynda Strong, FUSM member and owner of Imperial Serenity and Wellness, will conduct a brief exploration of chakras, and then lead a Healing Vibrational Sound Bath. This combination of safe and natural healing experiences is sure to renew you for the month ahead.
Advance registration is preferred, as space may be limited. Walk-ins may need to pay by cash/check. Participants as young as 5 are welcome to join as long as they are able to sit or lie quietly for a period of time.
Chairs are provided, but you are welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillows if you prefer to lie on the ground for this experience. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring water to support yourself during this event.
NOTE from Lynda: Vibrational sound healing is safe for everyone, but those with a built-in medical device (such as a pacemaker or diabetes pump) need to receive a doctor’s permission before taking part. All participants are responsible for their own healing and are welcome to remove themselves at any time if they become uncomfortable.
