Taco Tuesday with Marrow at Marrow Butcher Shop & Restaurant – Detroit, MI

Join us for a special Taco Tuesday Dinner hosted by Marrow on October 7th! Your ticket includes a delicious taco platter with gourmet sides.

All meats and vegetables are locally sourced and prepared in-house. All flavors and recipes are inspired by our Chef Karen’s Northern Mexican upbringing, but crafted with Michigan products in the eclectic Marrow Style!

Drinks available à la carte, plus additional food items to add on if you’re still hungry!

Taco Tuesday Menu

Snacks:

• Fresh Chips and Salsa Trio (Verde, Tatemada, Taquera)
• Pork Rinds- Dry Chili Spice, Candied Nuts
• Corn Ribs- Fried Corn “Ribs” tossed in miso lime vin, cilantro and cotija

Taco Plate will include one taco of each of the following:

• Chicken Tinga (Chipotle Chicken)
• Pork Tongue Carnitas (Brined, Confit, Shredded and Crisped up in Pork Lard)
• Rajas (Vegetable Fajitas) Cactus, Local Mushrooms and Peppers

Sides:

• Spanish Rice
• Frijoles Charros- Stewed Pinto Beans with Porkbelly, Jalapeno, and Onions
• Curtido – Fermented Cabbage Slaw Pickled Chili+Carrot Escabeche

Dessert:

• Sweet Corn Cake- Corn Cob Jelly, Cajeta (Goats Milk Dulce De Leche)
