Wes King and his son Harrison will present an acoustic night of music on Oct. 5 at the Barking Legs Theater in Chattanooga, TN. This up close and personal venue is the perfect place to experience a legend in the Christian music industry.
Wes is one of the all-time elite songwriters, composing for artists such as Michael Card, Amy Grant, Susan Ashton, Steve Green, and Michael W. Smith, with whom Wes co-wrote the 1999 #1 hit “This is Your Time,” about the Columbine shooting martyrs. The eclectic Wes King toured with Phil Keaggy, collaborated with Pat Boone, and even composed for Engelbert Humperdinck. Other well-known songs by Wes include “The Robe,” “Woman who fears the Lord,” “Life is Precious,” “Snake in the Grass,” and “Stick and Stones.”
