Salsa is the heartbeat of our city, a language of rhythm and passion that connects us to cultural traditions and each other.

We’re combining partner dancing and curated conversations for the ultimate singles experience: We Met at Salsa & Speed Dating! Hetero and LGBTQIA+ singles ages 25-45 are welcome.

Meet us at the iconic Miami Ironside on Sunday, Oct. 5, for beginner salsa paired with speed dating. Connect with other singles through conversation and dance, seeing how your chemistry and rhythm align on and off the dance floor.

Here’s what to expect:

5 p.m. Check in opens. Arrive at Ironside. Find us in the lounge, where you’ll check in, choose your wristbands and make a name tag. Grab a drink and start mingling.

6:30 p.m. Opening. We’ll start with some introductions and an opening icebreaker.

6:45 p.m. Salsa dancing & speed connecting round 1. Our hetero group will dance in the Lounge while our queer group speed dates in the Lemon Grove.

8 p.m. Salsa dancing & speed connecting round 2. After a short break, it’s time to switch! Queer group dances while hetero group speed dates.

9 p.m. Salsa social. We’ll keep the music going, so you can keep dancing and connecting.

10 p.m. Event ends. Meet someone cool? Fill out a Connection Card! If you match, we’ll reconnect you after the event.
