4th Annual Preferred Partner Celebration at Nemacolin – Farmington, PA

On behalf of everyone at Nemacolin, you are cordially invited to the 4th Annual Nemacolin Preferred Vendor Celebrtation and Charitable Golf Invitational, October 5, 2025 – October 7, 2025. Your organization will have the opportunity to stay and play golf at Nemacolin, an award-winning resort nestled within 2,200 acres in the Laurel Highlands.

For the fourth year, we are enlisting the support of our valued vendors to raise funds for local foundations that make an impact in our communities. This year we are partnering with The Nemacolin Associate Assistance Fund. This fund provides essential assistance to associates that are truly in need. We ask for your support through the purchase of an event package. Once you have reviewed the information, please take a moment to complete the registration form. Space is limited; reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sunday, October 5

• 4pm: Arrival and check-in: Indulgence Desk at The Chateau
• 6pm – 8:30pm: Registration and Cocktail Reception at The Peak VIP upstairs lounge

Monday, October 6

• 8:00am-9:00am: Golf Registration – Falling Rock
• 9:30am: Shotgun Scramble Tournament starts – Mystic Rock
• 3:00pm -5:00pm: Dinner Reception and Awards – Horizon Point(immediately following golf)

Tuesday, October 7

• 8:00am -1:00pm: Your choice of Sporting Clays at the Rod & Range Club, a treatment at Woodlands Spa or an additional round of golf (optional)
