WinSport is fully wheelchair accessible with access to the WinSport Event Centre concourse at the same level as the parking lots. Wheelchair seating is ticketed and priced in accordance with each separate performance. Please be sure to specifically request a wheelchair space when calling Ticketmaster to purchase tickets. In order to ensure that our patrons are comfortably seated, we recommend that you allow extra time to park and get to your seats before the performance is scheduled to begin. Handicapped parking is located in the Canada Sports Hall of Fame car park or wheelchair patrons may be dropped off at the main entrance to the Markin MacPhail centre. The Auditorium does not provide wheelchairs to its patrons
Additional companion seats may be purchased in sections nearby if available. Companions will have a seat provided to them beside the wheelchair. Seating is located in a designated area, at the top of sections D, J and P. ELEVATORS are located in the foyer of the Markin MacPhail centre (for use by guests with disabilities, those needing special assistance and by sky box ticket holders). When leaving the arena, please turn left out of the main doors and head into the main building, the elevators are located on the left hand side.
