Join us for an evening of spiritual healing utilizing three powerful modalities: Reiki (floating hand positions over the body), Restorative Yoga, and an unforgettable Sound Bath by classically trained pianist, yoga teacher, and Reiki Master, Alyssa Lauren Stone. Alyssa is also excited to welcome Ann Massie, a certified second-degree Reiki Practitioner of SF Reiki Healing, who will be performing Reiki to support holistic healing through the Usui Shiki Ryoho method.

Together, they’ll create a deeply immersive journey into rest, resonance, and renewal.

Yoga Flow SF resident teacher, Alyssa Lauren Stone, will take you on a sound healing journey from the Himalayas all the way to the outer cosmos, utilizing Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, and a wide range of global instruments.

As a certified Reiki Master and Restorative Yoga teacher, Alyssa will also guide you through restful poses using props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps to deepen relaxation. She will utilize Reiki, a 100-year-old method originating from Japan, to promote spiritual healing with floating hand positions over the body.
