Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a sound bath guided by sound practitioner and meditation teacher Sara Auster.
This special session invites you to pause and tune inward beneath a sky of stars. We’ll explore the connection between inner and outer space—how sound can support emotional well-being, deep listening, and a sense of spaciousness within.
There are tickets available from $5 to 15 that are optional to purchase. Purchasing these tickets will go towards supporting our year-round free programming for girls and gender expansive youth at the LESGC. If you need a free ticket, please reach out to cwbh@girlsclub.org!
