Join us for an evening of dance, Qigong, breathwork, and meditation under the stars at Ember & Ice
Dance and regulate your nervous system with Inspiratus Breathwork and Ember & Ice. Led by trauma-informed breathwork and meditaiton teacher Shane Cole, you will be taught how to breathe to the beat of the music to regulate your nervous system, reach ecstatic states of consciousness, and open your heart. Flowing between dance, Qigong, breathwork, dyad work, and meditation, you will be introduced to a wide variety of meditation techniques that can be used in the dance floor and real life.
Bring a yoga mat, water, and a friend who needs it. Excited to see you soon 🙂
