With Purchase of a Ticket, the purchaser agrees to the following:

Liability Release – I agree for myself, my representatives, agents, heirs, successors and assigns to hereby release and hold harmless the Sponsors/Organizers and all of its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, trustees, employees, and other volunteers of this Event, from any and all responsibility or liability for any personal injury, including death and any injury caused by negligence, and damage to or loss of property I may incur as a result of or in conjunction with the above referenced event. Additionally, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the the Sponsors/Organizers and all of its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, trustees, employees, and other volunteers of this Event of all activities for any claims, accidents and injuries that are caused by me. I also certify that I am in good health and able to participate in the program activities.

I hereby certify that I am competent to contract my own name insofar as the above is concerned. I have read the foregoing release, authorization and agreement, and by purchase of a ticket, I warrant that I fully understand the contents thereof.
