- Deadlines – Registration prices are available through 11:59pm EST of the deadline date.
- Refunds – Refunds, minus a $40 administrative fee (per ticket), are available through Friday, September 5th, 2025, EST. To request a refund, please contact customer service at customerservice@ccef.org.
- Ticket Changes – Please contact customer service at customerservice@ccef.org to request a ticket change (ie. in-person to virtual or vice versa). Note: Refunds on value differences only available through September 5, 2025. Ticket upgrades may require an additional charge.
