Reading Roller Derby is currently seeking Crafters, Artists and Vendors to add to our Music Festival Event
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer vendor spaces for food or beverages of any kind

Reading Roller Derby is hosting our first Music Festival September 28, 2025 
Reading Liederkranz; 
143 Spook Lane, Reading, PA 19606. 
11 to 6 event – (9:30 set up have until 7:30 to clean up)

FREE PARKING & INDOOR RESTROOMS

300+ expected attendance

This is an OUTDOOR, RAIN OR SHINE EVENT

SPACES ARE LIMITED

• $30 for a 10’x10′ space (no electric hookups available)
-$5 off if you provide a basket for our raffle (raffle item is required by 10AM on 9/28)donated basket raffle item must be of $25 value

• No food or beverage vendors

• Please provide your own table, chairs, and canopy as needed

Vendor Approval: Reading Roller Derby reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor application for any reason to ensure a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming event.

Prohibited Content: Vendors may not promote or sell items that are discriminatory, hateful, or politically driven. This includes, but is not limited to, materials related to political campaigns, hate speech, or divisive messaging.
