Join us for an evening of ceremony, movement, and restoration. This gathering is an invitation to return to yourself through the heart.
Ruby will serve cacao with intention, creating a warm and grounded container for the evening. Sydney King will guide us through an embodiment practice that awakens the body’s wisdom and releases stagnant energy. Saira will lead breathwork designed to clear, center, and renew. We will close with a soothing sound bath offered by Ruby, weaving vibration and stillness for deep integration.
This is more than a workshop—it is a sacred space to soften, release, and reconnect with the beauty of community and the medicine within. All are welcome.
