Come reset, recharge, and connect at Sunday Funday with APC’s Junior Board! We’re bringing together a fun afternoon of pilates, non-alcoholic drinks, shopping from local vendors, and community connection—and the best part? It’s all free to attend!
BodyRok Birmingham Studio will be leading two pilates sessions (sign up to reserve your spot!) and there will be plenty of time before and after to hang out, sip on refreshing NA drinks, and check out offerings from our local vendors.
This event is all about building community and promoting wellness—whether you’re sober, sober-curious, or simply supportive of the movement. You’ll have the opportunity to:
