FEATURING THE INCREDIBLE TALENT OF JEFF BATSON, KYLE FREDERICK & DAN MODLIN:
Jeff Batson: A native of Cahokia, Illinois, Jeff Batson has written more than forty songs recorded by other artists. His latest release, “Somebody’s Somebody” has been on the Euro-Country Charts in Europe in recent weeks. Jeff was nominated for a Grammy award for writing the Tracy Lawrence hit, “The Rock”, and he has performed on DOD tours to a number of countries, including Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
Kyle Frederick: Kyle Frederick is an established writer/session player/ and touring musician based in Nashville. Having started playing guitar at the age of seven, Kyle moved from Kentucky to Nashville and has worked as a touring musician with major acts including Earl Thomas Conley and Foster & Lloyd. Kyle’s latest release, “Ravens” is an outstanding solo effort produced by legendary bass player Byron House.
Dan Modlin: Dan Modlin is a story-telling songwriter known for writing songs about subjects ranging from organ donation to the Civil War. A member of the Americana duo Modlin&Scott, Dan is the founder and host of the Water Wheel Round songwriter series which is now completing its 7th year at Lost River Cave in Kentucky. Dan brings thought-provoking lyrics, energy, and a sense of humor to his songwriting performances.
