Join Ana from Red Apron Charcuterie for a creative and tasty evening where you’ll learn how to craft your own stunning charcuterie board.
✨ Your Ticket Includes: ✨
- A 1.5-hour interactive workshop on building a beautiful, flavorful charcuterie board
- All the goodies: cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruits, crackers, nuts, jam, and more
- A eco friendly 10″ leaf platter to design and take home with you
- Boxes to safely bring your charcuterie creation home
- A glass of La Cantina’s refreshing “The New Pink Rosé” to sip while you create
- A take-home cheat sheet with styling, pairing, and arranging tips
- A delicious grazing board to share, featuring the finest New England products and extra treats!
We also love showcasing our favorite local vendors at every workshop—including sweet honey from Top Sun Farm and handcrafted, all-natural chocolate from Wright Old School Chocolate.
Cutting boards and cheese knives will be provided for use during class (also available for purchase if you’d like your own set to take home).
