Join us for Master of Mulberry Row, a Black Pot Supper Club evening honoring James Hemings—enslaved chef, Paris-trained culinary pioneer, and the first American to train in classical French cuisine. This intimate four-course dinner explores Hemings’ legacy through a menu inspired by his life, his time in France, and his transformative influence on American food.
Hosted at the chef’s counter at Alta Adams, this immersive supper blends storytelling and history with beautifully prepared dishes, each course crafted as a tribute to Hemings’ innovation and endurance.
Expect warm hospitality, rich conversation, and wine pairings curated to complement each course.
