Description: A guided breathwork journey for those ready to feel it all and let it go. SHED is eyes-closed, inward, and scored by a blended DJ track who mirrors the arc of your breath — from the build to the break to the release. Raw, immersive, and unapologetically emotional.
The session closes with slow, intentional somatic movement — a grounded return to body, breath, and self. Your moment to reclaim peace after the release.
