In this class, we will
- travel back in time to discover the origins of coffee and how it has progressed into the specialty beverage we all love today
- hone your tasting skills with sensory exercises used by the best professional coffee tasters
- travel around the world to understand the different flavors from 7 countries of origin
You will go home having a deeper appreciation for coffee, and a much better understanding of why you love the specific types of coffee you drink.
