Hands-On Pappardelle with Arugula & Basil Pesto + Warm Chocolate DessertRoll up your sleeves and dive into the joy of fresh pasta making. In this hands-on class, you’ll craft silky ribbons of pappardelle from scratch, then toss them in a vibrant basil pesto, topped with peppery arugula for a burst of freshness. Our chef will guide you step-by-step, from mixing and rolling the dough to plating a dish that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

For the sweet finale, we’ll create a warm, molten-style chocolate dessert—rich, decadent, and perfectly gooey at the center. You’ll master the techniques for achieving that melt-in-your-mouth texture and leave with recipes to impress at home.
