Think you know German whites? Think (and taste) again! Thanks to dedicated innovation in wine cultivation, production, and aging, German wines are better than ever before. You’ll able to explore five different styles of white wines in class as we discover, discuss, and debunk all things wine with the experts. We’ll pair tastes with a German menu of light bites by visiting Guest Chef Felix Schlink so you can find your newest food-friendly favorite.

You can expect to taste a curated selection of German white wines, such as:

• Günther Schlink Pinot Gris
• Günther Schlink Pinot Blanc
• St. Christopher Piesporter Goldtropfchen Kabinett
• St. Christopher Piesporter Goldtropfchen Spatlese
• Schlink Eiswein

For ages 21 & up. Demonstration/tasting. You will not be cooking in this class.

Menu

• Bread and Spundekäs (savory creamy cheese spread)
• Bacon tart with wild herbs
• Potato pancakes with caramelized apples and blood sausage

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
