What ethical sourcing means and why it matters
The roasting process and its impact on flavor
After the discussion, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes tour of our Roastery, followed by a guided coffee tasting where we’ll compare 3–4 coffees side by side, diving into their unique flavors and characteristics.
