Sensory Training
Learn how to evaluate hop aroma and beer flavor like a pro using our proprietary aroma standards and sensory protocols.
Quality Assessment & Mock Selection
Discover the basics of whole cone hop quality, then use data and selection targets as you engage in a mock selection activity.
