Step onto a global stage with “The French Connection,” an exclusive tasting experience that celebrates the incredible journey of France’s most celebrated grapes around the world. We begin with Chardonnay, a versatile white wine that can range from crisp and unoaked with notes of green apple and citrus to rich and buttery with hints of vanilla and toasted almond. Next, we explore Sauvignon Blanc, a vibrant and aromatic white known for its zesty acidity and distinct flavors of gooseberry, passion fruit, and freshly cut grass. We then turn to the red wines, starting with Pinot Noir, a delicate and light-bodied red with flavors of bright red cherry and raspberry, complemented by earthy undertones of mushroom and forest floor. Following this, we delve into Cabernet Sauvignon, a powerful and full-bodied grape that offers deep flavors of blackcurrant, black cherry, and plum, often with savory hints of tobacco and bell pepper. Finally, we’ll dive into Syrah/Shiraz, a varietal that can be savory and structured with notes of black pepper and smoked meat or a rich and opulent wine bursting with jammy blackberry and chocolate. This tasting is a testament to the versatility and expressive power of these noble varietals.

The evening will begin with a Welcome taste of Sparkling Wine and end with sobremesa.
