Introduction to VIEWPOINTS and MOVEMENT
In each monthly class, participants will be introduced to elements of the Viewpoints movement practice and Somatic Movement. 

Participants will explore the fundamental elements of the Viewpoints of Time and Space, focus on building an ensemble, and create movement for the stage. Participants will gain an understanding of an approach that gives performers greater agency in creating work and an ability to work quickly to achieve dynamic results. 

This monthly class is designed for performers and non-performers of all skill levels. It is suitable for anyone who is interested in developing a healthier relationship with the physical self, and those who wish to add an invaluable set of tools to their working process. We welcome everyone who is seeking to heighten their collaborative abilities, creativity, instincts, and physical performing skills.

We cannot stress enough that while these training techniques focus on the stage, participants from a wide range of creative fields and beyond have found benefit in adding this invaluable set of tools to their work process.
