Our Sunday Dinner series is a Zora’s House event that centers healthy dialogue and community. It’s a special opportunity for women of color in Columbus, OH to get to know each other, dive into our monthly community theme and unwind in a safe, relaxed and inclusive environment. We will be catering dinner and providing wine! So come hungry and ready to eat!

September: Boundaries: An exploration of our past, present, and future relationship with boundaries, self-care, and the word “no.
This month’s session will be facilitated by Arla Lyles.
Arla Lyles graduated from Kentucky State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with an emphasis on Chemistry. She earned her Master of Art degree in Adult Education & Training in 2009 from the University of Phoenix.
She is currently the Coordinator, Facilitator and Coach for the Mothers Matter Parenting Program at Action for Children, a local non-profit agency.
She facilitates workshops in positive parenting, forgiveness, breathing, meditation, mindfulness, and yoga and helps adults navigate life’s challenges.
