The drinks menu features an expertly crafted cocktail selection from General Manager Yao Liow, formerly of Kincaid’s and Palomino and and an elevated bar food menu from chef Alessandro Campitelli, formerly of Contrasto.

ABOUT THE VENUE – FLUID510

This bar is the latest inspiration from Oakland-based community champions Richard Fuentes and Sean Sullivan. The pair is best known for transforming the famed The Port Bar into a must-visit destination for the LGBTQIA+ community, and particularly queer people of color, from all sides of the Bay.

The venue also has a state of the art sound & lighting system – including two projectors, QSC Pro Audio speakers and ADJ Jolt 300 for laser eye candy – to be shared with comics from the Bay & all across America.

This nearly 5,000 sq foot performance venue has a rotating art collection focused on local artists of color including art pieces from local artist Derrick Bell.

FULL BAR / COCKTAILS:

Drinks Menu has lots of fun and creative cocktails with rum, mezcal, tequila, vodka and whiskey. Plus beer and wine and mocktails.

CHECK-IN DETAILS: Please arrive about 20-30 minutes in advance if possible and look for the person checking people in. Have your tickets available on your smart phone or printed out tickets. Event is 21+

And it all takes place at the historic MAYES OYSTER HOUSE, one of the most historic bars on Polk Street and the perfect start to an insanely fun night of bar hopping.

FAQ

What time do doors open? For the 7pm show doors open at 6pm so you can arrive early and grab a drink and the best seat. For the 9pm show, doors open typically at 8:45pm.

Do the shows start on time? Pretty close! We try to start each show within 5-15 minutes of the start time. So arrive early if you can! We want you to have a great time!

How late do the shows run? The 7pm show ends around 8:30pm. The 9pm show ends around 10:30pm giving you enough time to easily get home via BART or Muni

Is the event 21+? Yes. Due to licensing restrictions the event is 21+ only.

Is there a drink minimum? Yes. Like most comedy clubs in San Francisco, there is a 2-drink minimum. We’ll have exclusive Funcheap drink specials for each show, plus several mocktail options if you’re going dry.

Refund Policy

What If i can no longer make it? We know that sometimes plans change, and want to be as flexible as possible.

As long as you let us know at least 72 hours before the show, you can either receive a full refund of the ticket price back to your original form of payment, or we can issue you a credit good towards tickets to a future show (up to 1 year) for the date/time of your choice. Simply fill out the refund request form on Eventbrite. It’s your choice!

If you aren’t able to let us know you can’t make it until the day of the show, as long as you let us know at least 3 hours prior to showtime, then we are happy to issue you a credit towards tickets to a future show of your choice good for up to 1 year as long as you notify us prior to the shows’ starting time.

Please note that in most cases Eventbrite’s fees are non-refundable, so they won’t be returned to the ticket buyer unless the event is canceled, or if the buyer requests a refund for a duplicate charge within 7 days of purchase.

In short, attendees can receive refunds to their original payment method (minus Eventbrite’s fees) or as a credit to a future event up to 72 hours before the event start date.
