As you taste, you’ll learn about the history, production methods, and pairing principles behind classic beer and food combinations, showcasing Bavaria’s proud brewing heritage. Whether you’re a beer lover, a food lover, or both, this the ultimate way to savor the spirit of German hospitality!

(And yes, we will also have the Dallas Cowboys vs New York Giants game on starting at 1pm)

• Paulaner Hefeweizen with Kartoffelpuffer (German potato pancakes)
• Paulaner Oktoberfest with Molkerei Ammerland Butterkäse (German soft cheese) with house baked bread
• Paulaner Salvator with Frikadelle (German meatballs) with sweet mustard
• Paulaner Grapefruit Radler with Berliners (German jam-filled donut)

Demonstration/Tasting. You will not be cooking in this class. For ages 21 & up.
