This year, we’re turning up the heat for a cause. The Sneaker Assassin is proud to host a special charity Sneaker Ball with one mission: event ticket purchases will go toward 100 pairs of brand-new sneakers for students heading back to school.

Your ticket will allow us to purchase 1 pair of new sneakers to help us reach our goal of 100 pairs for kids in need this back-to-school season. Every step on the dance floor helps the young ones step into the new school year with confidence.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you hereby grant the event organizers, their affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, videotape, and otherwise record you and to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like (collectively, “Media”), taken or made on behalf of the event.

You agree that the event organizers have complete ownership of such Media, including the entire copyright, and may use the Media for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional, advertising, commercial, and marketing uses, and in any form, media, or format, now known or hereafter developed, without further compensation, permission, or notification to you.

You waive any right to inspect or approve any Media and waive any claims arising out of or related to the use of the Media, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or misrepresentation.

By attending the event, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the potential to be recorded and that your attendance constitutes your express consent to such recording and use.
