Sabor! at Terra Cultura – Aromas, CA
Don’t miss this upcoming event in Aromas, CA. Happening on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Terra Cultura. Doors open at 6:00 PM.
The Terra Cultura team is beyond excited to announce an upcoming evening dining experience on the farm, in collaboration with San Juan Bautista’s own Maria Gonzalez of Cultiva, and Santa Cruz’s Vrinda Quintero of Vrinda Cuisine!
Maria Gonzalez is the founder of Cultiva, a plant-based restaurant in San Juan Bautista. She and her partner also founded Green Thumb Farms, a 23-acre Certified Naturally Grown farm in San Juan Bautista, where they grow a diverse variety of veggies. They utilize the same farming practices that have been passed down through generations, taking great pride in their efforts to enhance soil health.
“Farm to table cooking is key! Influenced by the generational wealth of traditional Mexican cuisine I love to bring my families recipes into my plant based cooking.” – Maria Gonzalez, Cultiva and Green Thumb Farms
Vrinda Quintero is the founder of Areperia 831, a small, women run, social enterprise and pop-up restaurant in the Central Coast. Quintero believes that Real food should be made with the best ingredients available, be intentional and inspired, and that success should also be measured by social and environmental impact.
“I believe in good, creative menus. In food that has both kindness and passion creating all the spaces in between while being Vegan, Vegetarian and full of flavor.” – Vrinda Quintero, Vrinda Cuisine and Areperia 831
Experience a delicious multi-course meal that celebrates cultural and family traditions, and sustainability by using seasonal and plant-based ingredients.
