This class will teach you how to make dough, roll it out, and cut it into the perfect shape, then pair it with wine!
Looking for a new skill or to perfect one, this class is for everyone. Learn to make pasta from scratch with a local pasta maker. She will walk you through the entire process, and you get to take home what you make. In addition, you will receive a dinner of fresh pasta with the sauce demonstrated in the class, and two glasses of wine for the evening.
