Konsum is a multisensory supper club curated by Eliesabeth Gasser and Kate Goldwater. Join us on September 13th for the first gathering at the Beatrix House in Hudson, NY at 7:00pm.

The Meal
We will serve a 7-course tasting menu dismantling our preconceived notions of ingredients and their physical translations; exploring the multitudes of meaning food holds for each of us, in the best way we know how- to cook.
The evening will be a curated practice that encourages connection to our physical appetites through scent, sound, and texture; engaging the peripheral senses as anchors to the meal.
Konsum is a space to reconnect to the delight of life, in the best way you know how- to eat. Eating affirms our place in the life-giving systems we so often consume without reverence. Eating is medicine for apathy.
