Welcome to Dinner Under the Lights 2025!

Dinner Under the Lights is the signature annual fundraiser to support the work of Friends of the Alley. Each year FOTA fundraises to beautify and program Buckham and Brush Alleys, including weekly street cleaning, paying to maintain the string lighting in the alleys, new public art, planters, and more! This multi-course meal held outdoors under the lights of Buckham Alley celebrates this space and serves as a signature event of Fall in Flint!

Dinner Menu

First Course (Salad)

Michigan Spring Mix topped with an Orchard Pear, Goat Cheese Crumbles, and splashed with a Honey Vinaigrette.

Second Course (Entree):

Chicken Escalope under-sauced on a Michigan Fall Bourbon Glaze, garnished with Radish Microgreens, Sweet Potato drizzled with Sage Butter, and Delicato Squash with roasted Rainbow Carrots, Pearl Onions, Kale, and Pepitas.

Second Course Vegetarian (Entree):

Seared Mushroom Root under-sauced on a Michigan Fall Bourbon Glaze, garnished with Radish Microgreens, Sweat Potato drizzled with Sage Butter, and Delicata Squash with roasted Rainbow Carrots, Pearl Onions, Kale, and Pepitas.

Third Course (Cheese):

Seasonal Cheeses, soft, medium, and hard, with an influence of Locally Crafted Spirits, accompanied with flatbread.

Fourth Course (Dessert):

Golden Raisin Bread Pudding – Brioche and Sweet Breads with Golden Raisin, topped with a Warm Brandy Butter Cream Sauce.
