Istanbul Center invites you to join our Cooking Class & Luncheon It will be on Saturday Sep 13 from 11am to 1pm. We will be learning to make Layered Anatolian Flatbread with Spiced Ground Meat which is a traditional dish from Kayseri, Turkey, sometimes called the “Turkish lasagna.”It’s made by layering thin flatbreads (like yufka or bazlama-style) with a savory minced meat sauce, then topping it with garlic yogurt and sometimes melted butter.. The program is open to public with registration. The cost is $15 per person.
