Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory’s Concert Series continues this fall, featuring rising stars of classical music. These performances offer the community a unique opportunity to experience exceptional talent in the intimate setting of our auditorium.

Immerse yourself in the magic of music with Sergey Antonov and Ilya Kazantsev in a captivating performance that highlights the beauty and depth of the piano and cello. The program features a blend of cherished classics and contemporary works, showcasing their exceptional technique and range.

Sergey Antonov: Praised for his exceptional technique and expressive tone, Sergey Antonov is a celebrated cellist and Gold Medalist of the 2007 International Tchaikovsky Competition. A sought-after performer and collaborator, he has played in prestigious venues worldwide and worked with renowned artists like Ilya Kazantsev. In addition to his performance career, Antonov is an experienced teacher, frequently offering masterclasses around the globe.

The concert begins at 6:00 PM sharp and concludes at 7:00 PM; doors open at 5:45 PM. No intermission. There will be a 45 minute long reception to follow. Purchasing a ticket allows you concert and reception entry, no assigned seating in the auditorium; guests can sit where they’d like. Free parking in the Grace Auditorium parking lot, signage will point visitors to the lot.
