As summer draws to a close, Summer’s Last Pour invites guests to savor the flavors of the season with five chef-crafted courses paired exclusively with wines from Chateau Grand Traverse, one of Michigan’s most celebrated wineries, rooted in the Old Mission Peninsula. Known for their expressive varietals and dedication to Michigan’s wine-growing heritage, Chateau Grand Traverse brings a taste of northern elegance to every glass.

This five-course experience captures the transition from late-summer abundance to early harvest comfort—where tender cauliflower carpaccio leads into bright spinach and strawberry salad, quail is filled with orchard apples, and roasted pork loin meets the warmth of peach chutney. The evening closes with a silky sweet corn panna cotta, a nod to Michigan’s golden fields. Each course is paired with a 2oz pour, offering a curated tasting journey through the heart of Michigan wine country.

To elevate the atmosphere, guests will enjoy live piano music throughout the evening—a warm, inviting soundtrack to toast the final days of summer.
