Led by Gaston Martinez, founder and native son of Durango, IZO captures the heart of ancestral craftsmanship with a modern, sustainable spirit. Gaston’s journey, from Durango to San Diego, and into the spirits world, is built on community, environmental guardianship, and bringing the soul of his homeland to every pour. Gaston will guide a tasting of some of the most storied spirits from the IZO lineup, from the bright, aromatic clarity of Sotol Joven, to the smooth depth of Reposado, to other rare expressions that embody the desert’s wild beauty
