After School Cooking Club : The Young Chef’s Collective (ages 9-14+) at 555 Waverley St – Palo Alto, CA

The Young Chef’s Collective is a joyful afterschool cooking club where every kid—whether a budding chef, a curious taster, or even a picky eater—can feel at home in the kitchen. Designed for ages 9–13+, each session invites young chefs to roll up their sleeves, try out new recipes and flavors, and gain confidence with cooking tools and techniques.

Along with exploring healthy snacks and global dishes, kids will also have opportunities to bake tasty creations, take part in green initiatives that give back to the community, and enjoy some light physical activities to keep the energy flowing.

Together, we’ll learn about nutrition and wellness, celebrate teamwork, and discover the joy of cooking and sharing food. Along the way, kids will expand their palates, build lasting friendships, and experience the magic of creating meals from start to finish. Drop In rate is $60, please email for availability.

Class Details

• All participants must arrive by 4:00pm sharp on Tuesdays so we have enough time to cook and enjoy the recipe together.
• Early drop-off can be arranged if scheduled in advance.
• Pick-up is required by 6:10pm.
• All cooking tools and ingredients are provided. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
• Aprons are welcome (but not required)—feel free to bring your favorite one!

Tickets & Payment Info

• Each ticket covers 4 The Chef’s Collective classes (to be used in sequence, unless otherwise scheduled).
