Seating is guaranteed to advance ticket holders until 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of a screening. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the theatre staff. Passenger drop off is possible in the theatre with curb ramps outside the venue with a step-free, wheelchair accessible entrance. Elevators are located to the right (south) of the up escalator. If a person is unable to wait in the queue due to a disability, a Lobby Pass may be requested at the Box Office, which grants you access to our designated waiting area. We encourage patrons to call the Box Office in advance to request a Lobby Pass. Space is limited.
