Terroir in the Park is a flavorful celebration of Thai heirloom rice, community and place. Join Paulie and Ali for an evening of sipping Forgotten Husband rice tea and sampling desserts made with Thai heirloom rice and honey sourced straight from Domino Park, all while learning about the unique stories and origins of rice from Thailand’s highlands.

Paulie, founder of Thai Heirloom, is on a flavor-focused quest to treat rice with the same reverence as we do fine wine—discovering rare Thai varieties, each with stories as rich as its taste.
Ali is a writer, recipe developer and baker based in Brooklyn. She is passionate about exploring and sharing Thai culinary traditions and amplifying Thai voices in food.
