Menu: Pasta Making Class: Handcut Fettuccine with Marinara Sauce & Garlic Bread Crostini

Roll up your sleeves and learn the art of fresh pasta making in this lunchtime class. You will create handcut fettuccine from scratch, then pair it with a classic Marinara Sauce made from ripe tomatoes, garlic, and herbs. To round out the meal, bake crisp Garlic Bread Crostini — the perfect companion to your pasta.

Our Chef will guide you through mixing, rolling, and cutting pasta dough by hand, while sharing tips for building a rich, flavorful tomato sauce. At the end, sit down to enjoy a comforting Italian lunch that you crafted from start to finish.

This two-hour lunchtime class is designed for busy New Jersey lifestyles. You will chop, stir, and cook alongside Chef Maricel, then sit down to enjoy your meal before heading back into your day.
