Come join us for a rejuvenating yoga session surrounded by lush greenery at the WW Seymour Conservatory.
Come join us for a rejuvenating yoga session surrounded by lush greenery at the WW Seymour Conservatory.
This yoga class will be one hour in-person. This class will include gentle movement, breath awareness, and focused attention using the surrounding plants as focal points. No experience is needed to participate. These classes will be led by an experienced 200-hr registered yoga teacher, Sarah C. Low. Please contact W. W. Seymour Conservatory if you need any accommodations or let Sarah know at the beginning of the class.
