Slow Flow with Jojo is a donation based series. Proceeds from each class will be donated to a new organization. Accessible classes for all!
Slow Flow with Jojo is an accessible yoga class, designed to focus on grounding, breathwork and movement. The goal is to start your Sunday off slow and sweet while focusing on your breath, clearing your minds and getting in some good stretches and soft movement. This is a donation based series, with proceeds being donated to a new organization every month. Tickets are $15, the price of a ticket will cover an after class bevvy of your choice, with all remaining proceeds this month being donated to MAD RVA-Mutual Aid Distribution. Please bring your own mats and props as needed. Can’t wait to see you there
