Upon arrival at the venue, all phones will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their belongings at all times and can access their phones throughout the event at designated Phone Use Areas in the venue. All phones will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the event space. Anyone seen using a non-permitted device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue. To purchase accessible seating, click the request accessible tickets link on the Ticketmaster event page or in person at Channel 24s box office. If you have tickets for a show but were unable to get accessible seating, we will be able to accommodate you on the night of the show and you do not need to make reservations in advance. We recommend that you arrive close to door time (as space is first come, first served) and ask for our ADA liaison at the entrance who will be able to escort you to an accessible section in the venue.
