Join Michelle Greenfield Yoga and Kojun of Sacred Waves Sound Healing for a relaxing and restorative yoga class to slow down, move into ease and take some time to reflect on the changing season. The healing and restorative vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes will accompany this all levels yoga class. As we approach the Fall Equinox and experience a full moon lunar eclipse, nature offers us a perfect time to pause and reflect. This class guides you into a peaceful and relaxed state. Preregistration is required, as the space is limited and we often have a waitlist. $25.
