We are starting our Indian Cooking Classes. This week we are focused on the basics of Indian Cooking! Sunday 4-6
If you’ve been meaning to learn how to make traditional Indian food, here’s your chance!
This class’s theme: Tasty, quick, no-fuss, easy-to-make Vegetarian specials (perfect for an easy weeknight dinner).
Here’s what you’ll learn how to make:
- Khichadi (Indian Spiced Lentils with Rice)
- Potato Sabji (Staple Indian dish – think breakfast potatoes meets Indian spices)
- Bhakari (Indian speciality naan to pair with everything)
Bring Your:
- Non Stick Saute Pan with Lid (8-10 inches)
- Non Stick Sauce Pan (8 -10 inches)
- Spatula
