Don’t miss this upcoming event in Kansas City, MO. Happening on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at The John Wornall House Museum. Doors open at 6:00 PM.
The KC Chamber Orchestra is back with our FREE outdoor community concert event in the beautiful gardens of the historic John Wornall House Museum. FREE for all ages and appropriate for families. No tickets required, but we would love to know you are coming! Come early with chairs, blankets and an appetite for great food and drink from KC Food Trucks or bring a picnic! Pre- show entertainment for kids.
The concert program led by conductor Carolyn Watson will include some wonderful favorites for string orchestra including: Walker Lyric for Strings, a Vivaldi Concerto for Violin, Mozart Symphony No. 27 including flutes and horns, and more – all with some of the best players in town! Food trucks, beer and wine beginning at 6:00 p.m., concert at 6:45.
