Seating is guaranteed to advance ticket holders until 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of a screening. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the theatre staff. There will be no further admittance 10 minutes after the start of the screening.

While most of the building does require stair-access (no elevator or escalator), accessible Orchestra seating, services and barrier-free washroom facilities are available on the main level If a person is unable to wait in the queue due to a disability, a Lobby Pass may be requested at the Box Office, which grants you access to our designated waiting area. We encourage patrons to call the Box Office in advance to request a Lobby Pass. Space is limited.
